LIZ SCHMIDT, CO-FOUNDER

Born and raised in Indiana, Liz is a Midwest girl at heart! Having been in the Bay Area recruiting game for 7 years, Liz has done everything from helping seed-stage companies make their first engineering hires to helping late-stage startups hire C-level employees. Liz loves hearing people's stories and making meaningful connections no matter where she is! RYAN DUCK, CO-FOUNDER

A Bay Area native, Ryan has only lived outside the west coast during his four years at Villanova University. He has a wealth of connections within the community, enabling him to build up a successful portfolio of local startups and contacts. He is a big believer in work-life balance, and when he is not at the office, he is likely at a handful of places: The Presidio Crossfit, YMCA basketball court, Rapha Coffee, waiting in line for a burrito anywhere. MARIO ANDERSON, SR TECHNICAL RECRUITER

With experience recruiting both in-house at tech startups and external agencies, Mario is the type of recruiter who can successfully tackle any role that comes across his desk. He enjoys building relationships with candidates and getting to know them on a personal level. TIM O’DANIEL, TECHNICAL RECRUITER

With a background in sales, Tim first got his feet wet in agency recruiting at Randstad Technologies where he was filling technical positions for companies like Google and Walmart. He is the type of recruiter who likes working alongside a hiring manager so that he deeply understands each role he works on. CODY ROSE, TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Cody fit right into the EQ team with his get-it-done attitude. Cody came to the team with a background in IT agency recruiting and is the type of recruiter who truly cares about helping his candidates find the right job. TREVOR HILBERT, TECHNICAL RECRUITER

A Sacramento native, Trevor came to EQ with a background in sales and IT recruiting at Randstad Technologies. Trevor is the type of recruiter who goes above and beyond to get to know his candidates likes, dislikes and interests. ALEJANDRA RODRIGUEZ, TECHNICAL RECRUITER

A California native, Alejandra comes to EQ with previous recruiting and management experience both in agency recruiting and hospitality. As a recruiter she brings a thoughtful and organized approach to her candidate relationships and on the operations side, loves documentation!
