We do contingent, permanent placement recruiting and partner with VC-backed technology companies across the US. Technical Recruiting for individual contributor roles is our main focus and we typically work on all things software engineering (backend, fullstack, frontend, mobile, infrastructure, devops (all these and more!) In addition, we work on product manager and product design roles of all levels. As a team, we have placed engineers in nearly every major tech market in the US and Canada.
We also have a staffing arm that focuses on contract and contract-to-hire roles. We work with companies of all sizes staffing primarily for software engineering, IT, design, product roles and more.

Types of Services Offered
Contingent —Our recruiters work on your open job req per your specifications. We act as a recruiting partner and consultants for your team reaching out to qualified candidates in our network. If we present a candidate you hire, a flat fee is charged based on the candidate’s first year salary, with the fee being collected only when the candidate starts. We enjoy working this way because it allows us to do good work for our clients without a lot of financial risk to our partners.
Contract Staffing—We find contractors to work for you on a project basis or specific amount of time. We handle the payroll and administrative aspects of hiring contractors for your business.
