We work with VC-backed startups across the country in all industries. Technical Recruiting for individual contributor roles is our main focus and we typically work on all things software engineering (backend, fullstack, frontend, mobile, infrastructure, devops (all these and more!) In addition, we work on product manager roles of all levels. As a team, we have placed engineers in nearly every major tech market in the US and Canada.

As an agency, contingent recruiting is our bread and butter. We enjoy working this way because it allows us to do good work for our clients without a lot of financial risk to our partners.

What is Contingent Recruiting? Our recruiters work on your open job req per your specifications. We act as a recruiting partner and consultants for your team reaching out to qualified candidates in our network. If we present a candidate you hire, a flat fee is charged based on the candidate’s first year salary, with the fee being collected only when the candidate starts.
